This policy describes how Pop In Pros LLC (“Pop In Pros,” “we”) handles information when you use https://popinpros.com and related booking, chat, service agreement, and payment tools.

What we collect

• Pop-in requests: name, phone, optional email, location/details, service preference, and timing.
• Service agreements: customer name, phone, email, job scope, location/schedule notes, price, electronic signature (name + drawn signature image), signature time, and technical metadata (e.g. IP and browser) for our records.
• Payments: payment status and amounts for a job; card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• Reviews: display name, email (for ops only), rating, review text, optional service—if you submit a review.
• Chat: messages you send via our Typebot assistant (processed by Typebot as our provider).
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4) and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for pages viewed, approximate location/device type, and on-site interactions. Google may process data per its terms; we do not sell personal profiles.
• Bot protection: the Request a pop-in form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam. Turnstile may collect device and interaction signals per Cloudflare’s terms. We do not use it as advertising tracking.

How we use it

• Respond to and fulfill pop-in requests (Same-day quote response guaranteed).
• Send job-related text messages (quotes, contract links, scheduling) only if you opt in. Opting in to texts is optional — you can request help, sign an agreement, and pay by email or phone without texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. HELP replies include our support email and business number. We do not sell your number or use it for unrelated marketing blasts.
• Prepare, send, and enforce custom service agreements and collect deposits or full payment.
• Improve the site and service quality.
• Publish reviews only if we approve them (email is never shown publicly).

Sharing

We use service providers to operate the site (hosting, email delivery, chat, analytics, and payment processing via Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Request, agreement, signature, payment, and review records are kept as needed for operations, tax, and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete or correct information by contacting us through the site chat or booking form (some records may be retained where the law requires).

Your choices

You can decline analytics via browser tools where available. You control what you submit in forms and chat. Job texts are optional. For texts, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
